Dr. Monica Lobo is a native New Yorker and Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She received her bachelor’s degree at UNC-Chapel Hill. She then completed her dental degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Lobo completed her 2 year specialty training at Yale New Haven Hospital where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Lobo provides outstanding oral care for her pediatric patients of all ages from infant to teenage years. She practices gentle, preventive, minimally invasive dentistry, and believes that early intervention and education leads to a lifetime of good oral health.
Whether she is treating a neurodivergent child with special needs or the fearful toddler who “hates brushing her teeth”, Dr. Lobo strives to create a caring and comforting environment for all children.  Dr. Lobo is fluent in Spanish and English and has a passion for other cultures.  For fun, Dr. Lobo loves to run, play with her dog Finley, sing, and try new foods.
